Scope of Services

Working in conjunction with the selected architect and/or interior designer, the leisure facility or spa facility is created in which the desired atmosphere and the building's technical functions are achieved harmoniously.

• Operational budget and staffing specifications.
  
• Staff recruitment and training.
  
• Brand standards development.
  
• Suggestions for marketing, advertising and public relations.
  
• Set up and handover of all programs and operations.
  
• Opening supervision.
  
• Secret shopper visits and reports
  
• Ability to deliver personal branded spa products.
  
• Operations and optional management of the facility.
